Mr. Howard Tse is a Director of Roseville Senior Living Management Ltd.  His professional IT know-how is uniquely blended with his full grasp of the latest technologies, sharp market sense and rich experience in the hospitality industry.  Above all, he is a typical out-of-the-box thinker; never failing to come up with creative and effective ideas to bring about breakthroughs in products and markets. 

 

Mr. Tse has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, he held various management positions atindustry leading companies, including Cisco, Oracle, Micros and Hotel Information System.  Prior to joining Roseville, he was the Regional Managing Director of a leading IT services company, overseeing its business operations in 22 countries.  
 

Mr. Tse holds a MSc in IT & Management from Sheffield Hallam University.
