Ms. Fanny Tam, a former Senior Manager in the hotel & tourism industry, graduated from the Heriot-Watt University with an MBA degree. She completed a Hotel & Catering Management program at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and obtained a Professional Trainer certificate issued by the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the Hong Kong Travel Industry Council. 

 

Ms. Tam has been working in the hotel and tourism industry for more than 30 years. She has participated in the opening of business projects of many hotels and travel agencies. She also served as the Executive Deputy General Manager of Mangocity.com Limited, a subsidiary of Hong Kong China Travel Service Group. Ms. Tam has invaluable management knowledge and profound expertise in the hotel and travel industry, she especially pays attention to customer service in reservations, receptionist and housekeeping management.
