Ms. Joyce Au is an experienced hospital manager with more than 30 years of industry experience. Prior to Roseville, Ms. Au was General Manager of Nursing at North District Hospital, and Cluster Nurse Coordinator for the Family Medicine & Community Health Services in New Territories East Cluster of Hospital Authority. She served as a consultant to one of the leading private hospitals in Hong Kong.

 

Besides her rich experience in management, she has extensive teaching experience with the Hospital Authority and Universities. Her roles include Nurse Educator; Clinical Education Consultant; Adjunct Associate Professor; Mentor to the Fellowship Programme of the Australian College of Health Service Managers and Hong Kong College of Health Service Executives; Chairman of New Territories East Cluster Nursing Training & Development Committee; and Guest Speaker of both Bachelor and Master of Nursing Programmes. Ms Au was also involved with the planning and commissioning of three hospital development projects since 1994: North District Hospital; Tseung Kwan O Hospital and Pok Oi Hospital. As a remarkable leader, she has been recognized with Hospital Authority Outstanding Staff and Teams Awards six times, and twice with Asian Hospital Management Awards.
