Mr. Eric Lai is an experienced professional in information technology. He graduated from the Hong Kong Metropolitan University with a degree in Information Technology and Business.  He has 27 years of solid experience in the hotel industry, including at international and luxury brands. In his previous roles as Area or Corporate Level Manager/Director, he was involved in new hotel openings and system changeovers globally. He received two “Manager of the Year” awards respectively in different hotels, and received an “Innovation Award” at an international hotel chain in a global competition on system invention, which was then widely adopted by the company. 

 

He is knowledgeable in various areas, not limited to day-to-day system operation, networking, system design, IT security, IT audit, budgeting and operation flows related to front and back office, reservation, food and beverage.
